Sannie Carlson, better known as Whigfield, became world-famous in the 90s with her pop music. In 1994, the blonde Dane even managed to enter the “Guinness Book of Records” with the song “Saturday Night”. She was the first artist to go straight to number 1 in the UK charts with her debut single. The song also became number 1 in Germany, Italy and many other countries. This was the start of an impressive career, as many more singles conquered the hit lists worldwide and her albums also became mega successes.
