“What Is Love” is one of those songs that every person on this planet has heard at least once. In 1993, it was number one in over a dozen countries – and it has never disappeared from the rotation since.
Nestor Alexander Haddaway, born in Trinidad and Tobago, grew up in the USA, started his career in Germany. The world hit was followed by “Life”, “I Miss You” and “Rock My Heart”. Through appearances in film and television, “What Is Love” experienced a second career and is now known even to those who did not experience the nineties.
Live, the voice is particularly convincing: deep, sustained, sung live. In addition, a band or DJ and a set that is consistently built on tempo.
The party classic par excellence – for nineties formats, city festivals, club nights and company parties. A title that is understood in every country in the world.
