Since then, Groove Coverage, especially Dj Novus, has been one of the crème de la crème of the international dance/pop scene, after a total of 15 Media Control Chart hits (7 of them Top 20 !!) and due to the numerous international successes, as well as the enormously loyal and large fanbase.
Hits such as “Moonlight Shadow”, “God is a Girl”, “Poison”, “Angeline” or “Tell me” have become real dancefloor classics and provide full dance floors in the typical groove coverage sound. So it is no big surprise that the band, around DJ Novus, found themselves in a sensational 77th place in the official ranking “The most successful German single acts of the past decade” (overall ranking of all music genres !!) and were mentioned there in the same breath as a large number of international top names.
Since December 2012 the whole combo around Dj Novus and Sänderin Mell is back in the studio to work on the 4th studio album. A little foretaste of “Das Neue” album will be released on 31.01.2014, because the first single, called “Tell me”, will be released.
GROOVE COVERAGE ARE BACK… but somehow they were never really gone!
