Marillion are one of the last bands to set off a firework of sound, light and video in halls where others show a standard rock show. Every show is full of emotions, and hardly any band can call up such a large live repertoire and change the setlist every night.
After saying goodbye to Fish, the band reinvented itself with Steve Hogarth and has consistently continued this path to this day. Hogarth is a stage person who sweeps away every audience with his voice and energy. Marillion show that you can survive for decades away from the mainstream.
In each decade, the band has released an outstanding album: “Misplaced Childhood” in the eighties, “Brave” in the nineties, “Marbles” in 2004 and “F.E.A.R.” in 2016. In March 2023, the 20th studio album “An Hour Before It’s Dark” was released, critically acclaimed.
Line-up: Steve Hogarth (vocals, piano), Mark Kelly (keyboards), Steve Rothery (guitar), Pete Trewavas (bass), Ian Mosley (drums).
