They are the British groove stars of the 90s and have sold over 5 million records worldwide. N-Trance had their big breakthrough in 1995 with the single “Set you free”, which sold over 600,000 copies. The single reached number 2 in the British charts and received a gold record.
The next hit was not long in coming – the Bee Gees cover “Stayin alive” became a world hit, during the production of which Ricardo Da Force, the former rapper of The KLF, joined the band for the first time. The single reached number 1 in the Australian charts, number 2 in the UK and a number in the top 5 in several European charts.
The following albums shot into the charts, as did the follow-up singles “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” and “D.I.S.C.O.”.
N-Trance are one of the most booked acts of the 90s, because they still know how to turn any event into a quivering dancefloor within a very short time
