She is the German pop queen of the 90s and still brings the weightless feeling of the dance era to the big stage today!
The Blümchen story started in 1995 with the single “Herz an Herz”. The debut single climbed to number 4 in Germany and reached the top 10 in Austria and Switzerland.
The English version, “Heart to Heart”, reached third place in the British hit list the following year.
With the following singles, Jasmin Wagner alias Blümchen then proved that she is not a “one hit wonder”. With hits such as “Kleiner Satellit (Piep, Piep)”, “Boomerang” or Nur geträumt” she became a permanent guest in the top 10 of the single charts.
Consequently, the debut album “Heart Rate” was also awarded gold for 300,000 copies sold.
After the musical structure of the previous singles with lots of beats and power remained the same until then, Blümchen’s first ballad landed at number 9 in the charts in 1997 with “Gib mir noch Zeit”.
“Verliebt”, the second album, also got a gold record and consolidated Blümchen’s status as a successful pop starlet.
The fans loved her and there was a hail of awards, such as the “BRAVO Otto”, “RSH Gold”, the “ECHO” and the “Golden Tuning Fork” several times.
She was also able to continue to clean up internationally and placed her hits in the charts worldwide.
After Jasmin Wagner took off the “Blümchen” for some time and lived out her other talents, she has been back since 2019.
Together with MC Fitti, she also released the song “C-Promi Himmel ” and with Finch the single “Herzalarm” was released.
