The Spanish duo landed at number one in over a dozen countries in 1977, sold millions worldwide and represented Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1978. “Sorry, I’m a Lady” followed, and the unmistakable sound of disco, Spanish fire and two-part singing became the trademark. In 2021, the classic experienced a second career as the anthem of the Scottish national team – four decades after its release.
