What would the 90s have been without Happy Hardcore? Probably a little less colorful, less loud and less cheerful. It’s a good thing that the Dutchman Ramon Rollfs aka Charly Lownoise has provided the world with real smash hits. It’s not hard to remember songs like “Rave this Nation”. Just as little as “Wonderful Days”, the happy hardcore anthem that Charly Lownoise released together with Mental Theo. Together, the duo freaked out the dance floors all over the world with more hits like “Stars” and “Hardcore Feelings”. Sweaty gabber and shuffle moves as well as an exuberant atmosphere were available in a continuous loop thanks to the two feel-good makers. <\/p>\n\n
With his later project “Starsplash”, further hits such as “Free” or the rousing cover version of the Foreigner classic “Cold as Ice” followed. Even today, Charly Lownoise is still anything but quiet. Whether it’s a small event or a larger festival, Charly Lownoise makes sure that Happy Hardcore makes you happy.
