“I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember,” says Sonia Liebing about herself.
Actually, she is a trained retail saleswoman, worked in her own cosmetics studio and in her husband’s sports shop. He also posted her clips on the Internet and made her a website.
Finally, she was discovered by producer Stefan Pössnicker.
In 2018, she was able to prove her talent at the big “Schlageracht des Jahres” tour and convinced everyone.
Her debut album “Wunschlose glücklich” entered the charts in 2019 at a respectable 28th place, overtaking Bruce Springsteen.
In 2020, the Cologne native’s second studio album, “Absolut”, followed, which made it to number 16 in the charts in Germany. The blonde also released two singles: “Ich will mit dir (nicht nur reden)” and “Maybe”. The latter is a collaboration with DJ Herzbeat.
