With his acoustic version of “Ayo Technology”, the Belgian singer-songwriter Milow made his European breakthrough in 2009: number 1 in Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland, number 2 in Germany and Austria, plus platinum in several countries. “You Don’t Know” (2007) had already reached the top 10 in Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Further successes followed with “You and Me (In My Pocket)” (2011), which rose to number 3 in Germany and went platinum, and “Howling at the Moon” (2016). In 2010, Milow was awarded the European Border Breakers Award and the Swiss Music Award as best international newcomer. His eighth studio album “Boy Made Out Of Stars” was released in 2025.
Live, Milow combines warm acoustic guitar, catchy melodies and a relaxed stage presence. Whether it’s a festival, gala or corporate event: his songs have accompanied a wide audience for almost two decades and quickly create a familiar, relaxed atmosphere.
