JAMYX, an Austrian newcomer DJ from the Salzburg mountains!
Her passion for music has accompanied and shaped her entire life: At the age of 15, the new DJane discovery cheated her way into clubs to dance to Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Monika Kruse. Instead of camping at the youth camp, she camped at music festivals. The love for the “techno veterans” has remained with JAMYX to this day.
Then she realized her childhood dream of standing at the turntables herself. Since JAMYX started DJing and producing herself, she has been surfing the EDM wave, but also plays house, techhouse, hardstyle. Tracks by personalities such as W&W, Vini Vici, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki can be found on her playlist.
As the winner of the DJ Contest ZipfAir festival, she began a career as a DJ at festivals such as X-Jam, Noa (Zrce), Electric Love, First Festival Spielberg, Red Bull Snow Events, Heineken Club Tour. Back home, she plays her regular house parties in winter at the open-air bar of a ski hut in the mountains. For the future, JAMYX dreams of the stages at Parookaville or EDC Las Vegas.
As you can see from the current trend, the musical boundaries are blurring and there is generally a lot of genre playing.
